InhaleSpace offers guided breathing exercises with different patterns adapted to your goals: relaxation, concentration, energy, sleep.

The service is free and does not require account creation.

3. Health Disclaimer

InhaleSpace does not constitute medical advice.

The breathing exercises offered are general wellness techniques. They do not replace professional medical advice under any circumstances.

Consult a healthcare professional before using this service if you:

  • Have cardiovascular problems
  • Have respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, etc.)
  • Are pregnant
  • Are prone to hyperventilation or panic attacks
  • Take medications that affect breathing

If you feel unwell during an exercise, stop immediately and consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
